In January 2023, our family started the process of purchasing land and a home in Illinois, outside of Chicago. We were introduced to Vaclavek Hartman Vaclavek PC and the VHV Real Estate Team by our real estate agent. We worked closely with both Shawna Vaclavek and Michelle Marrs on two deals: The first one did not close because of problems identified in the inspection process. The second deal was successful and closed in June 2023.
During both deals, Shawna and Michelle were professional, helpful, and responsive. With all of the issues that came up in both transactions, we received thoughtful, experienced advice and service from Vaclavek Hartman Vaclavek. They guided us successfully through each issue and to a successful real estate purchase.
